Click Here! Right now,I am going to tell you the one food group you can eat as much as you want! Are you ready for this.? Drum roll please. Vegetables , not french fries. They contain a lot of fiber and almost no calories. Unfortunately , our perception of portion and amount of food we eat has gotten out of hand . No fast food except a salad with grilled chicken or turkey or just plain. This doesn't mean you can drown it in dressing. That is pointless. I what you to weigh your self and multiply you weight times 10 to 12 (if you are really active). Drink plenty of water half of you body weight in ounces. if you weigh 100 pound , then drink 50 ounces of water in a day. This is just an example!! Divide your total calorie intake for the day into 4-5 small meals. a piece of fruit will serve as a meal. Ladies tend to under eat .IF YOU DON'T eat your recommended calories then your body will STORE MORE FAT!

This was one of my biggest hurdles. So if you already exercise and are not losing weight, you are consuming more calories than your body can burn. Once you get a handle on your food intake you should, pretty much know how much your eating. They is a myth or saying that if you work out you can eat anything HAHAHA! I will go over myths and FAQ next but for now..

Let talk carbs. Yes,fast burning carbs like sugar, cakes, pies, donut are converted to sugar to fast for our body to use it as energy and is stored as fat. Simple enough. I think you get the picture . Do eat junk food. I treat myself on my Friday cheat day with a 1/4 of a chocolate bar. Not the large one, regular size after I weight train to quickly restore glycogen (energy). That is my treat no more than 100 calories. A veggie omelet with turkey bacon and oatmeal is excellent breakfast.

Slow digesting carbs contain fiber and give you a fullness feeling longer, Veggies are number one. Very Little calories. Your meat consumption, a lean meat like chicken, turkey, and beef should be no bigger than the palm of your hand.
